Bands Making my Ipod Playlist for WS 100



Moby, The Chrystal Method, Banco de Gaia, Boards of Canada, Incubus, Blink 182, The Offspring, 30 Seconds to Mars, Foo Fighters, Third Eye Blind, Paramore, Radiohead, Paul Van Dyke, Linkin Park, The Killers, Rise Against, The Smashing Pumpkins, Tom Petty, others.    

Should be enough to get me some ups, and hopefully through the downs.   


Six days....Rock it!

Some friends are sending images out from Squaw and at Red Star..from my observations..we will be using some form of a snow route and not heading to Red Star but through French Meadows..not positive but from the images it looks like they can't get aid into Red Star...See you at Squaw...Tony Lafferty bib 280...

Tony, I'm waiting for the race directors email announcing which course we are taking...the snow is melting very fast, down to 11 inches now...

Good luck on WS100. The 4.5 miles from Squaw Valley to Emigrant Pass - a vertical climb of 2550 feet! Good luck with that too!

good luck with the race, i am impressed to see Banco de Gaia making it into your ipod as i also like to listen to them when i am running.
