Seeing Equanimity

It was just a short jog around Central Park in New York City. I was minding my own business, kind of enjoying the orange and yellow hue against the green grass. I turned my head and noticed two people in a meditative repose, emanating stillness in the middle of one of the most chaotic cities I know. Awesome.

I seek it. I see it. Now I just need to, well, find it. This isn't going to be easy. Might be a lifetime goal in the making...

Cool to meet you on Santiago Truck yesterday Will. I forgot to thank you for teaching me E=FP^2. I was doing my long run on turkey and cheddar with lots of mayo when we crossed trails. This has been a game changer for me. I plan to eat the same at Ridgecrest in a few weeks. Keep it real, Christopher Ferrier

Chris, thanks for stopping and introducing yourself on trail. My friends were impressed, but really it sounds like you're on to something good with the E+FP squared approach which I will credit as a big factor in getting me through the grand slam this year. Welcome to the OC and good luck at Ridgecrest! Keep it real.
